I build the , then I stay to run it.
I am a registered nurse on Long Island's South Shore. I built OnCallRank, scheduling software for hospital nursing units that is live in production today, and turned that into a studio for the businesses around me.
It started on a hospital unit.
Nursing taught me what a broken system feels like from the inside. On the unit, a lot of the friction was not the medicine. It was the schedule: who is on call, whose turn it is, and whether the rotation is actually fair. Sorting that out by hand ate time nobody had, and when it went wrong, people noticed.
So I built the tool I wished we had. OnCallRank is on-call scheduling for hospital staffing units, with seniority-based fairness, manager approvals, and a full audit trail, the kind of depth a hospital will trust with its staff schedules. It is live and in production at oncallrank.com. I built it, and I still run it.
Then I looked around my own town.
The same gap I saw on the unit was everywhere. The businesses I live near were missing the everyday tools that would make their days easier, a real website, a phone that gets answered, reviews that keep working for them. Not enterprise software. Just the missing pieces.
That is AFM Digital Studio. We build the tools a local business is missing, and then we run them. Websites, Google profiles and reviews, a line that gets answered, and custom software when a business needs a real tool that does not exist yet. Same care I bring to nursing: show up, pay attention, do it right.
Three promises I put in writing.
Honest numbers
Every figure I quote has a source you can open and read. If I cannot source it, I do not say it. No scare numbers invented to make you buy.
A real person when it counts
The AI handles the routine. The moment something needs judgment, it hands off to a human. You always know where that line is, and so does your customer.
AI you are told about
When AI answers your phone, the caller hears it at the top of the call. I tell you exactly where AI is doing the work. That is part of the story, not a secret.
Tell me what is slowing your business down.
No pitch deck, no pressure. Tell me the headache, and I will tell you straight whether software can fix it, and what it would take.
