LinkBox: a website for a product a physician built.
The problem
LinkBox makes a pre-visit history tool for physicians. Patients answer a guided history on their own phone before the appointment, and it reaches the chart as a structured history of present illness. The job was a site a doctor can understand on a quick read between patients, and a way for providers to join LinkBox's free webinar from a single link.
What we built
- The whole site, rebuilt. How it works, the vision, the founder's story, security, pricing and a demo request, every button going somewhere real.
- A page of its own for the webinar. Twice a month, Saturdays at 11am, on Zoom, with a sign-up form that builds the invitation list.
- A site search engines and AI tools can read. The full text of every page is in the page itself, not loaded by a script afterward. Our note on whether AI assistants can read your website explains why that matters.
- Looked after month to month. Hosting, edits and checks, from the studio that built it.
Every statement on the site about patient information, security and the doctor behind the product was logged with its source before it went live, as it is on every site we build.
OnCallRank: on-call scheduling software we built and still run.
The problem
As a nurse, Antonimar saw on-call rotations kept by hand, and the same disputes coming back: whose turn it is, why the holidays keep landing on the least senior staff, who changed the list. With nothing on the record, nobody could settle them.
What we built
- A seniority rotation the app enforces. The order is set once, and every staff member sees it from their own phone.
- One set of rules for everything. Open shifts, give-aways, self-scheduling and holidays all run the same way.
- A record nobody has to argue about. Manager approvals, and a log of every change with who made it and when.
- A free trial from the home page. No sales call needed.
