How fast does my website go live?
Most sites go live in about a week. We handle the writing, the layout, the photos, and the setup, so there is no homework piling up on your desk. You review it, we adjust it, and it ships. The week starts once we have what we need from you, and we tell you plainly what that is.
What does the care plan cover?
The care plan covers everything after launch. We host the site, keep it fast and secure, and make every edit you ask for, big or small. Need a new photo, a holiday hours change, a whole new page? You send a note, we do it. You are not learning software or logging into a dashboard. That is the point.
What am I committing to, and how does the billing work?
It comes down to one choice: pay for the build, or let the plan cover it and stay a little longer. Builds start at $1,500 and your exact price is in your proposal before you sign anything; a bigger site is priced for what it is. For a standard build, pay $1,500 up front and the care plan runs $179 a month on a 3-month minimum; nothing down is $179 a month on a 12-month minimum, or $149 a month if you go 24. After the minimum you are month to month at the same rate, for as long as it is working for you. We put a card on file when you sign, and the first charge does not hit until your site is live.
What if I do not like the design?
If we build your website and you do not love the first design we show you, walk away and owe us nothing. No charge, no obligation. We would rather lose the work than talk you into a site you are lukewarm about. That is the whole promise, and it is the reason the risk of trying us sits with us, not you.
