What Long Island web designers charge, and why we will not quote you blind.
When we read other Long Island studios' pricing pages, we see two kinds of price. One is a package: a set number of pages for a flat fee, with a monthly charge for hosting and upkeep on top. The other is a monthly plan with little or nothing up front, where the cost of the build rides along with the months you use the site. Either way, the monthly part is the part to check. Ask who makes the edit when your hours change, and how long it takes.
Ours comes both ways, with three options for a standard build. The exact number for your business comes in a written proposal, after we know what the site has to do. A five-page site and a site that takes bookings are different jobs, and a price named before we know which one you need is a guess.

Website care plans carry the work after launch. A site goes stale the week the hours change and nobody edits it, and the monthly part exists to stop that. Here is what it covers.
- Live in about a week. We write it, lay it out, sort the photos, and set it up. There is no homework stacking up on your desk.
- We host it and keep it safe. Fast, secure, and always up. The technical side is ours, not yours.
- Every edit is handled for you. New hours, a new page, a fresh photo. You send a note and it is done, usually same day.
- You can pick up the phone. When you call, a real person answers, the same person who built your site.
- You pick how you pay for it. Pay the build up front, or put nothing down and let the care plan cover it. Month to month at the same rate once the minimum is up.
Your Google listing is the other half of staying current. When your hours change on the door, they should change on Google the same day, which is why Google Business Profile management sits one rung up, in the same add-on as your reviews. Put the website, your reviews and a phone that gets answered together, and the three run as one system for $499 a month, versus $577 bought separately. How fast does my website go live?
Most sites go live in about a week. We handle the writing, the layout, the photos, and the setup, so there is no homework piling up on your desk. You review it, we adjust it, and it ships. The week starts once we have what we need from you, and we tell you plainly what that is.
What does the care plan cover?
The care plan covers everything after launch. We host the site, keep it fast and secure, and make every edit you ask for, big or small. Need a new photo, a holiday hours change, a whole new page? You send a note, we do it. No software to learn, no dashboard to log into.
What am I committing to, and how does the billing work?
It comes down to one choice: pay for the build, or let the plan cover it and stay a little longer. Builds start at $1,500 and your exact price is in your proposal before you sign anything; a bigger site is priced for what it is. For a standard build, pay $1,500 up front and the care plan runs $179 a month on a 3-month minimum; nothing down is $179 a month on a 12-month minimum, or $149 a month if you go 24. After the minimum you are month to month at the same rate, for as long as it is working for you. We put a card on file when you sign. If you pay for the build, it is charged only when you approve your home page design; on the $0 down plans, nothing is charged until your site goes live.
What if I do not like the design?
If we build your website and you do not love the first design we show you, walk away and owe us nothing. No charge, no obligation. We would rather lose the work than talk you into a site you are lukewarm about. That is the whole promise, and it is the reason the risk of trying us sits with us, not you.
